Next Sunday. Life Coaching and Yoga Day with Gong Bath (Outdoors!) in Great Addington, Northamptonshire. We will be outside in the park surrounded by fields 🍃 Please note there isn’t any toilet facilities in the park ☀️Exchange: £30 ☀️Sunday 12th July 3-6pm ☀️ Northamptonshire We will be working with the mind, body & spirit, for grounding our intentions and finding high energy for the summer. Coaching & Journalling for the mind, Yoga for the body (and much more than the body!)
