The next sound bath in Great Addington is outdoors on Tuesday 14th July. 7pm - 8:30pm 💗 To book for the outdoor Gong bath on Sunday 12th July (6:0-7:30pm) please text 07513547674 to get the discount of £17 This session will be outdoors in the field (park). I will send specific address and location pin in the welcome message before the event 🙏 *Please note this session will be videoed. If you do not want to be on pictures/videos please let Lalita know before we start. *Also note there are no toilet facilities in the park. Please can everyone arrive about 5-10 minutes before the start of the session to get settled but no earlier as I will be setting up🙏 What to bring: Yoga mats (or camping mats or mattresses if you need extra cushioning), Pillow/Bolster Blankets Water We will be laying down on the ground so make sure you have everything you need to stay warm and comfortable. * I will have some spare yoga mats, bolsters and blankets. 💫 If at any point you feel uncomfortable, please feel free to adjust your position, sit up, or open your eyes. You’re always welcome to take a break or step out if you need to — this space is for you, to feel comfortable & have full autonomy of your experience. I may have some incense on as I’m setting up the space, please let me know if you’re sensitive to the smell of incense :) Please speak to Lalita if you are pregnant, have any metal devices inserted such as pacemakers, have severe heart problems or mental health issues, epilepsy or sound impairment / sensitivity. As there are some contraindications/cautions with these conditions. However this usually applies to 1:1 sessions or when when using instruments very close to the body or on the body. If you have any health conditions and are unsure how they might relate to a sound bath please check with your doctor. Please note your place is confirmed once booking is complete. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable to other sessions, except at Lalita's discretion. You can give your place to a friend if you can’t make it.
