01/11/2025 Twywell 2 - 5pm ~ Cacao🍵 Kirtan 🕉️ Jam 🎶 Fire 🔥 Regular Kirtans in Northamptonshire Area. Currently in Twywell & Olney. Now 1 - 2 Kirtans per month! 🌿 🪘Next Kirtan & Cacao Event is Saturday 1st November 2-4pm with a fire gathering afterwards (until around 5pm) - Twywell. This is a special Event for Samhain / Halloween. Spaces are limited ~ £20 includes Cacao. Can book here on the website or message 07513547674. 💗In our Kirtans we usually have a short heart meditation followed by mantra chanting accompanied by a harmonium. We do both- sing along and call and response chants so the group will be chanting together. Some chants may be more meditative and enjoyed more in stillness (energy of Shiva) and some more lively where everyone joins in with shakers and other instruments and dance/movement (Shakti energy). Sometimes at the end we open the space up for the group to share any chants, songs, or improvisation with voice or instruments! 🪘🪇🍃 Kirtan can be enjoyed by everyone, as we connect to the Source energy. With every chant or song we connect with a different vibrational pattern, with love at its core. TWYWELL: • Sessions in Twywell are hosted by Lalita and Catherine. They timings of the sessions are aimed to be aligned with the Wheel of the Year. During seasonal points- Solstices, equinoxes and cross quarters days to honour the cycles of nature🌳. The exchange includes Cacao, alternatively there will be other hot drinks available. If in doubt about Cacao please speak to Lalita or Catherine. Before the event, all the information will be sent including the cautions/contraindications for the use of Cacao. OLNEY: • Sessions in Olney sre hosted by Lalita and Chandhini. They are in a relaxed, small space and usually a small intimate group, it’s relaxed and friendly open for chat and flow. Max around 8 people. Concessions are available for this event, or even free spaces if needed🙏🦋 we want to keep our events open to everybody, as they are so beneficial for community and joy. * We accept cash on the day for Olney events only. No experience is required. Just an open heart and non-judgement of your voice🙏
