Please note space is only confirmed once payment is complete. 💗In our Kirtans we usually have a short heart meditation followed by mantra chanting accompanied by a harmonium. We do both- sing along and call and response chants so the group will be chanting together. Some chants may be more meditative and enjoyed more in stillness (energy of Shiva) and some more lively where everyone joins in with shakers and other instruments and dance/movement (Shakti energy). At the end we often open the space up for the group to share any chants, songs, or improvisation with voice or instruments! 🪘🪇🍃 Depending on the weather, after the event we have a fire outside and marshmallow toasting 🌸 Kirtan can be enjoyed by everyone, as we connect to the Source energy. With every chant or song we connect with a different vibrational pattern, with love at its core. • Sessions in Twywell are hosted by Lalita and Catherine. They timings of the sessions are aimed to be aligned with the Wheel of the Year. During seasonal points- Solstices, equinoxes and cross quarters days to honour the cycles of nature🌳. The exchange includes Cacao, alternatively there will be other hot drinks available. If in doubt about Cacao please speak to Lalita or Catherine. Before the event, all the information will be sent including the cautions/contraindications for the use of Cacao. No experience is required. Just an open heart and non-judgement of your voice🙏
