Sound Bath in the D3 Studio at Diana’s Gym- Wellingborough. 5-6:15pm. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. But no earlier than 4:50pm as I will be setting up🙏 *Doors will open at 4:50pm* Please bring in your own yoga mat / mattress, pillow/ bolsters and blankets, warm clothes. Anything else to keep you warm and cosy. Spare mats, bolsters and blankets will also be available. ~£20. Get 10% off if you bring a friend. Ask for code to put in at check out. If at any point you throughout the session you feel uncomfortable, please change your position. You are also invited to sit up or open your eyes. Also please know you can leave the session if for any reason you feel you’d like to. If you feel you will fall asleep please lay on your side to avoid snoring There will be some incense as I’m setting up however the incense should be finished before your arrival, if you have any concerns with the after smell of incense please let me know🤍 If you have any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to get in touch Please note booking is non refundable except at Lalita’s discretion —— Please speak to Lalita Victoria if you are pregnant, have any metal devices inserted such as pacemakers, have severe heart problems or mental health issues, epilepsy or sound impairment / sensitivity. As there are some contraindications/cautions with these conditions when using some ‘sound healing’ instruments very close to the body or on the body.
