Sacred Sound Day Retreat Sunday 14th of December 1pm - 6:30pm The retreat will take place in a Yurt, 🛖 in Isham, Northamptonshire - there is a fire pit outside, nature, trees and open water 🌳 💫Gentle yoga/ movement 💫Breathwork 💫Sound bath 💫Mantras/medicine songs 💫 Exploring playing instruments (jam) ~ everyone joins in with the instruments around the fire and sharing snacks. After 6:30pm we are free to stay longer for the fire, socialise, jam with more instruments or even dance ~ flow with energy! 🕉️♥️ ⭐️Please bring in your own lunch/meal if you require one and some snacks for the group to share during break / around the fire!
